This passion led me to take over Golden House, a cornerstone of the Alameda community for 40 years. My goal is to preserve its legacy and ensure it continues serving those in need for generations to come."

Born and raised in Hayward, California, she graduated from Hayward High School and began her college education before choosing to pause her studies to focus on raising her child. That experience shaped her sense of compassion, responsibility, and dedication—qualities that she now brings to her leadership role at Golden House.
Lizette is committed to providing the highest level of care and supervision, using her skills and heart to support individuals with developmental needs. She is passionate about creating a supportive, inclusive environment where every participant is treated with dignity and respect. She believes in the power of building individual relationships, as each person brings their own unique strengths, challenges, and personality.
Outside of work, Lizette enjoys language learning, arts and crafts, and photography—creative passions that reflect her dedication to learning, expression, and care.
